90-Packet Ritual
Applies to the purchase of the 90-sachet pack, once per customer and on the first order.
Term
Up to 104 days from receipt of the order.
Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in the case of a defective product.
Commercial warranty
It is voluntary and in addition to your legal rights. It does not replace them.
14-day right of withdrawal.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw without giving any reason. For hygiene and food safety reasons, this does not apply to opened sachets (Art. 103(e) of the TRLGDCU). The 90-day warranty for the 90-sachet ritual does cover them.
