A supplement only counts if it is part of your day. That is why the format is not a design detail: it determines whether you will take it on a Monday morning, while traveling, or on any given Sunday.
The formats you will find
Capsules and tablets. Discreet and easy to dose. You need water and have to swallow them, sometimes two at a time.
Drinkable vials. A liquid ready to drink, normally 25 to 50 ml per dose. They take up space and add weight to your bag.
Gummies. Pleasant to take. The space for active ingredients is limited, and the texture requires sugars or polyols.
Powder to dissolve. Allows for formulas with a large amount of an ingredient, such as collagen. It requires a glass, water, and a moment to prepare.
Orodispersible stick. Fine powder in an individual sachet that is poured directly into the mouth. No glass or preparation needed.
Why Eterhydra is a stick
We wanted something that did not depend on being at home. A 4 g sachet fits in any bag, takes a few seconds to consume, and tastes like clementine.
We also wanted the dose not to be diluted by the format. Each stick provides 200 mg of Bloomage UltraHA® sodium hyaluronate and 80 mg of acerola vitamin C, 100% of the nutrient reference value. Vitamin C contributes to the normal formation of collagen for the normal functioning of the skin.
What makes up the rest of the sachet
A powder that is taken directly needs something more than the active ingredient. We will tell you straight:
- Maltodextrin: gives body to the powder and distributes the active ingredient evenly.
- Xylitol and steviol glycosides: sweeten. Xylitol is a polyol and, like all polyols, excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
- Citric acid: provides the tartness of the clementine.
Vegan and gluten-free formula.
How to take it
One sachet a day. Open it, pour the contents onto your tongue, and let it dissolve. If you prefer, you can also dissolve it in water. Do not exceed the indicated daily dose.
The boxes of 30, 90, and 180 sachets correspond to one, three, and six months of use.
